Gateshead Talmudical College does not store customer credit card details.

Refund Policy

Gateshead Talmudical College has a fair and transparent policy on refunds. This policy provides guidelines as to when Gateshead Talmudical College can refund a registration/course fee or donation.

Fees

The College has a nonrefundable registration fee of £50 GBP (fifty sterling pounds) that is payable with submission of application form. When a student joins the College, fees are payable one term in advance and are nonrefundable. Should a student leave during a term, the fees paid are nonrefundable with the exclusion of exceptional circumstances and at the discretion of the College administration. Where payment for additional terms have been made to the College in advance, the future terms’ payment will be refunded.

Direct Donations

All donations made are irrevocable charitable gifts; under Charitable Law, Charities are not permitted to refund donations other than in specific circumstances. Should you need to discuss this matter, you can call a member of our administration staff on 0191 477 2616 or email the College at [email protected].

Please note: Any request for refund should be directed to the College office in writing. Where a refund has been refused, an appeal can be made to the College’s administration in writing. The decision of the management will be final. Requests for refunds will be dealt with within 28 days of such a request being received by the College.
